Tricia Fringer, Chief Executive Officer
Tricia Fringer serves as President and Chief Executive Officer for OmniSYS,
bringing over twenty years of health care industry experience. Tricia has held
numerous executive positions throughout her career.
Prior to becoming the President and Chief Executive Officer at OmniSYS, Tricia was
Vice President for Sales, Marketing, and Underwriting for the Specialty Business
Division of Coventry Health Care (NYSE: CVH). During her tenure at CVH, she also
led the company's National Accounts and Federal Government business. She was
responsible for managing customers across these businesses, along with overseeing
Underwriting and Sales for the Specialty Business Division.
Prior to joining CVH, Tricia held senior underwriting positions with First Health Group,
John Deere Health Plans, and The Principal Financial Group.
Tricia received her Bachelor and MBA degrees from Drake University.

Kevin Chien, Sr. Director Software Development
Kevin Chien serves as Senior Director Software Development for OmniSYS, bringing over
15 year’s experience in Software Development and Information Technology. Kevin joined
OmniSYS in 2010 as Enterprise Architect responsible for setting the overall technology
vision for the company. Kevin leads the Software Development team, establishing
development discipline within the organization and is actively involved in managing
the system modeling, design, and implementation.
Prior to joining OmniSYS, Kevin was Managing Architect with Handango where, from 2007 to
2009, he led a technology team to support Handango’s back office system. Prior to Handango,
Kevin was a Chief Technology Strategist with Pacific Holdings Group utilizing his expertise
to guide the company’s technology investment decisions. Kevin also worked for Sabre Group
(American Airlines) as Lead Internet Architect for Sabre’s first ever Internet based
Crew Management System for several major airlines. Kevin was also an instructor at Art
Institute of Dallas teaching computer and software courses from 2001 to 2002.
Kevin received his Master of Science degree in computer and information system from
Texas A&M, College Station.

Melinda Giese, Senior Vice President, Account Management
Melinda Giese serves as Senior Vice President of Account Management for OmniSYS. She is
responsible for managing customer relationships, as well as leadership of the Account
Management team. In her role, Melinda leads the organization's overall Customer Service
initiatives providing world class service.
Melinda has nearly twenty years of health care industry experience. Prior to becoming
Senior Vice President, Account Management at OmniSYS, Melinda was the Director of National
Accounts for Coventry Health Care (NYSE: CVH). During her tenure at Coventry, Melinda
led the company's Account Management, Implementation and Compliance business. She
also held various positions in the PBM Division related to contracting and formulary
file management. She was responsible for managing relationships with the company's
largest national accounts, including many of the Fortune 500 companies and was integral
to the development of the company's Medicare's PFFS product offering.
Melinda attended the University of Utah and University of Phoenix, graduating with a B.S.
in Business Marketing.

Shelley Hansell, Vice President, Product Management & Regulatory Compliance
Shelley Hansell serves as the Vice President of Product Management for OmniSYS, bringing
over 13 years of healthcare industry experience to OmniSYS. Shelley joined OmniSYS in 2002
and is responsible for the company's Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer products.
She leads the Regulatory and EDI Departments and during her tenure, has managed multiple
technical and operational teams including a cross-functional technical team for the
NCPDP D.0 and ANSI 5010 transition. Shelley participates in NCPDP workgroups and is
actively involved in OmniSYS' efforts to assist in CMS regulation changes for Medicare
and Medicaid. She attends DME MAC POE Advisory Board meetings and has built strong
relationships with the DME MACs to influence policy and system changes.
Prior to joining OmniSYS, Shelley was a Systems Engineer for Delinea Corporation, an
application and business process management company. Shelley also served as a Technologist
for Computer Associates and Sterling Software. During her five year tenure, she was
responsible for international support for several data modeling design products, as well
as full lifecycle computer-aided software engineering tools.
Shelley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Texas A&M
Commerce.

Christina McCormack, Vice President of Operations
Christina McCormack serves as Vice President of Operations bringing nearly twenty years of operational
leadership to OmniSYS. Prior to joining OmniSYS in 2012, Christina managed global operations within
the market research industry. Christina has served in numerous executive leadership roles in her career,
building and executing operational business strategy. Having supported healthcare clients from both
public and private sectors, Christina has led teams across call center, web, IVR and mail channels.
Christina specializes in integrating technology systems to drive operational efficiency and
maximizing workflow management.
Christina attended Aurora University, graduating with a B.A. in Business Administration & Psychology.

Matt McGrath, Director Business Development
Matt McGrath serves as OmniSYS' Director of Business Development, bringing nearly 20 years of healthcare
experience to the organization. In this role, Matt is responsible for leading all sales and marketing
initiatives throughout the organization, including retail, outpatient, and specialty pharmacy, along
with DME, HME and mail order suppliers.
Prior to joining OmniSYS, Matt spent nearly 15 years at McKesson Corporation's RelayHealth division,
holding various sales and management roles launching new products and services directed towards retail
pharmacies and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Matt received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Kennesaw State University.

Scott Warshaw, Vice President, Finance & Strategy
Scott serves as Vice President of Finance and Strategy for OmniSYS. He is responsible for guiding
product, pricing and operational direction with a focus on corporate growth opportunities and market
dynamics. Scott also has oversight of financial reporting, planning and analysis as the senior
financial officer for the organization.
Scott joined OmniSYS in January 2010 and during his tenure led various strategic initiatives
and teams within business development, operations, and product departments before assuming a
corporate strategy role. His strategy team is responsible for producing internal and external
reports in an effort to accentuate trends, outcomes and best practices.
Prior to joining OmniSYS, Scott was an associate with Ernst & Young, a global financial services
firm, managing day-to-day external audit fieldwork of publicly traded and large not-for-profit
organizations. During his time with Ernst & Young, Scott worked across various industries
including oil and gas, healthcare and retail.
Scott received his BBA and MPA from The University of Texas at Austin. Scott is a certified
public accountant in the state of Texas.

Brad Wheeler, Vice President, Business Implementation & Analytics
Brad Wheeler, Vice President of Business Implementation and Analytics, leads the Business
Requirements, Business Intelligence, and Quality Assurance Departments at OmniSYS. His main
responsibilities include implementation of new products and services, overseeing software
releases, internal analytics, and customer reporting.
Brad joined OmniSYS in 2001 and has a diverse background with the company. He's gained increased
responsibility through his tenure in multiple departments spanning Customer Support, Operations,
Sales, Marketing, Software Development, Business Intelligence, Quality Assurance, and Business
Requirements. Since his start with OmniSYS, Brad has led multiple major initiatives for
the company including the creation of the Business Intelligence department and the launching
of several new products including Audit Services, Outreach Services, and multiple web projects.
Brad has a BBA in Marketing and an MBA from Texas A&M University - Commerce.
